Measuring large areas while measuring a long wall or an area that is longer than your arm span can be hard with an old fashion measuring tape. It can bend and it is so hard to hold in place. But with a digital measuring tape you don’t have to worry about holding both ends of the tape measure. You also don’t have to worry about the tape measure bending and giving an inaccurate reading.

Over all I think that the Digital Measuring Tape is a wonderful new invention. There are many different ways that it is better than the regular old measuring tape. There are only a few downfalls, like it needs batteries and it is more expensive. But, as I have stated in this article I think that it would more than pay for its self in the first use. If you are not doing that hard and expensive of jobs it will still make your task so much easier.
